The Katana Saya Nakiri Knife 18cm is characterized by its straight blade edge and squared tips. this profile allows for cutting all the way to the board without the need for a horizontal pull or push, enabling quick and precise chopping. The main use for the nakiri is chopping and preparing vegetables that can’t be tackled with the santoku knife. This version is 18cm which is a medium sized blade.
