The long and thin one-sided ground blade allows you to slice fish with exceptional precision. This particular blade is 24cm in length making it the smaller version out of the two available sizes. The Eastern Olivewood range comes gift boxed with a wooden ‘Saya’ that offers the perfect protection for your knife which helps keep its supremely sharp edge. The blade has a 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel which is hard and unbreakable. It can reach a Rockwell hardness rating of up to 63HRC.
The exquisite craftmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant layered damascus pattern on the blade. The blade is finished with a light olivewood handle with an opal effect ring around the end, striking a balance between hard wearing-durability and opulence.
